Entry to the Arboretum is free, however we recommend booking your visit in advance to guarantee entry and save on parking*. Our grounds are open from 10am - 4pm through winter (until Sunday 29 March 2026), and 10am - 5pm during the summer months. 

 

*Cars - £8 on the door, or £5 if booked in advance
 Motorcycle - £5 on the door, or £3 if booked in advance

Visitor Announcement

Armed Forces Memorial
On Sunday 14 December the Armed Forces Memorial will be closed to all visitors from 11am - 12pm and 3pm - 4pm for the Royal British Legion’s Remembering Operations in Bosnia event.

Navigating the Arboretum

Maps and Guidebooks which provide more information about the memorials and where you’ll find them in our grounds can be purchased from our Welcome Desk. The Guidebook, features four highlighted routes around the Arboretum and contains the stories behind some of the 400+ memorials you will see along the way.
