Please note that by law you can only visit in groups of up to 6 people (unless you are visiting as a household or support bubble which is larger than 6).

The Arboretum is now open for pre-booked visitors only. Bookings are made per vehicle and can only be made up to two weeks in advance.

In line with Government legislation, we ask all visitors to wear masks in all indoor spaces.

We have implemented new procedures to help keep our visitors and team members safe, including one way systems, additional cleaning regimes, amended food offer, digital chapel welcome talk and reduced daily capacity.

Our restaurant is currently offering a carry out and table service offer. If you wish to dine inside the restaurant, please book a table with our food services team on arrival.

For larger events the Aspects building is available to exclusively hire, providing a flexible and secluded space for your team to develop, train and celebrate.

Aspects Lounge and Oak 1:

Joined together these two spaces offer an excellent sized arrival and catering area, with space for up to 15 trade stands. Exclusive hire also includes the ability to customise our LCD screens within the lounge area, perfect for company messaging and branding.

The floor-to-ceiling windows framing spectacular views of the Armed Forces Memorial and The Beat (Police Memorial Avenue) ensure a unique and spectacular backdrop welcomes attendees.

Spanning the length of the Oak rooms is an adjoining covered terrace, a stunning location for post-conference cocktail receptions.

Oak 2 and 3:

Combined, these two spaces create a fantastic plenary room perfect for keynote speakers for up to 220 guests. Together with plug and play AV including two projectors, six microphones, a large stage and lectern they are ideal for full-team presentations. A range of additional features are available in these spaces including:

  • LCD screens that can syndicate content
  • Video conferencing and telephone conferencing equipment

  • Air conditioning

Breakout spaces:    

Our flexible meeting rooms can combine to offer breakout spaces in a range of sizes. Popular configurations include combining two syndicate rooms together to provide two theatre spaces for up to 50 guests or combining three syndicate rooms together to provide a large space for 75 guests.

Executive meeting room Alder has ensuite washroom facilities making it an ideal space for your VIPs or keynote speakers to prepare before their speech and Willow includes a drop-down LCD projector perfect for when multiple rooms are used together.

Delegates can visit our Remembrance Centre which is home to the fascinating Landscapes of Life exhibition. Here you can journey through the history of Remembrance and experience the Arboretum through the seasons.

The Remembrance Centre is also home to a series of changing temporary exhibitions exploring themes inspired by the Arboretum and our memorials including nature, remembrance, history and personal histories.
