October Half Term

Open For Visitors

The National Memorial Arboretum is open freely to all, year-round from 10am-5pm (closes at 4pm from 15 Nov), every day except Christmas Day.  

Entry to the Arboretum is free, but for everyone's comfort we are limiting the numbers onsite. We recommend pre-booking your visit to guarantee entry. You can check our latest availability and book online using the link below.

Visitors are advised that the Coffee Shop is currently closed. Our Restaurant is open from 10am - 5pm.

Autumn provides the perfect opportunity for visitors of all ages to explore the colourful Arboretum grounds, and what better way to do this than with one of our outdoor trails, available over October Half Term.

Halloween Activity Trail

Pick up one of our Halloween Activity Trail maps, and learn more about the history and traditions that have become part of modern day Halloween, as well as other festivals of similar origins from around the world. Once you have completed the trail, young visitors can return to the Remembrance Centre for a Halloween treat. £2 per person.
