Due to the limited capacity on the Armed Forces Memorial, visitors wishing to watch the service on top of the Memorial will require a ticket. Due to their high demand, applications for tickets have now closed and successful applicants will be contacted with further information between 23 and 30 September.
Visitors without tickets to watch the service on the memorial will be able to view and participate in the service from Heroes' Square, where the service will be shown on a large screen.

The Arboretum will be open from 9am to invited guests and members of the public.
We ask you take your seats for the Remembrance Service by 10.30am, the Service will commence at 10:50am and we expect the event to conclude by 11:30am.
Upon arrival, those successful in applying for tickets will be asked to present your ticket confirmation letter, either in a digital or printed format, and each ticket holder in your party should be able to produce photographic identification at the registration desk should this be requested.
This can include a passport, driving license, EU identity card, Armed Forces identity card or firearms certificate. Failure to present suitable photographic identification will result in the prevention of entry to the service area. Please note that random bag searches maybe carried out by the Police and only small handbags will be permitted to the service area.
The Armed Forces Memorial will be closed to the general public on 11 November until after the Armistice Day Service. Our team will ensure that any infrastructure used during the event is cleared as soon as possible following the service.
Car Park tickets to visit the Arboretum on Armistice Day are now available and can be booked online. Due to the expected high visitor numbers on this day, we highly recommend booking your visit in advance to guarantee entry and save on our parking charge.
Visitors who are successful in their application to attend the service on the Armed Forces Memorial will also be required to book parking tickets.
We strongly recommend that you do book your visit in advance if you wish to visit the Arboretum on Armistice Day. This can be done online here.
Tickets to attend the service on top of the Armed Forces Memorial will be available via ballot, opening on Monday September. For those without service tickets, the service will also be broadcast onto a large screen on Heroes' Square.
To help our team ensure we are quickly able to welcome visitors to site please ensure that you have your parking confirmation letter ready to present to our team, either on a phone or paper prior to arrival at the Arboretum.
Your service tickets can also be shown on your phone to the team upon arrival.
If you have made a booking for multiple vehicles, or tickets for an on foot arrival, please ensure that all members of your party are made aware of your booking reference number and the name under which the booking was made, ready to present to our Car Parking Team on arrival.
The Arboretum has a limited number of both manual wheelchairs (by donation) and motorised scooters (£10.00) which can be booked by calling 01283 245 100.
The Remembrance Centre will open at 9am.
All service ticket holders will need to be seated for the service on the Armed Forces Memorial by no later than 10.30am (there will be no admittance to the Armed Forces Memorial after this time).

The Armistice Day service will take place in the event of inclement weather. A small handbag sized umbrella will be permitted at the event, however large golf umbrellas cannot be used.
Visitors with tickets to attend the service on the Armed Forces Memorial are required to be seated for the service by no later than 10.30am.
Wreaths and individual tokens of Remembrance, such as fresh flowers or poppy tributes, may be laid at the Memorial or on the centre plinth as indicated in the Order of Service.
Poppy tributes are available to purchase within the Remembrance Centre.

Our Armistice Day service will be streamed on a screen in Heroes' Square for any visitors on site without tickets who wish to watch.
