Your dedication will be added to the Arboretum's memorial kiosk system to ensure that it is possible for our team and other visitors to find the location of your tribute. To help us catalogue your dedication we will require the full name or names of the individuals/ organisation referenced on your tribute. If the individual(s) / organisations remembered was also known to family, friends or colleagues by a nickname or alias it also possible to submit this information below to aid those who know the individual / nickname only by their nickname. 


Neither the full name of the individual(s) / organisation or nickname(s) will be engraved onto your tribute unless it forms part of your dedication text, provided in the Your Dedication Section below. 

Please provide the full name of the individual(s) remembered by the tribute.

To help ensure our Tree of Cherished Memories tributes link with other dedications already onsite it would be appreciated if you could indicate if the individual(s) you have chosen to remember is named on any other memorials, plaques, benches or paviours on site in the box below.
