Mental Health Awareness Day is a time to raise awareness, challenge stigmas, and encourage open conversations about mental well-being.

This year, we’re gathering at the National Memorial Arboretum—a tranquil and reflective space—to celebrate mental health and create an open, supportive environment.

Through workshops, mindfulness activities, and guided discussions, we’ll explore how nature can help nurture our mental well-being and inspire resilience.
