Armed Forces Weekend

Armed Forces Day is the Nation's chance to show support for the people who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving service personnel to their families, veterans and cadets.

At the Arboretum, we will be marking this event across two days, with a range of fun interactive family activities.

Due to expected high visitor numbers, advanced booking is recommended to guarantee entry over Armed Forces Weekend.

Bostin Comedy...and a right good singalong

Join us with our host - Brummie comedy legend Barbara Nice, as we welcome veteran graduates of RBL’s ‘Recovery through Comedy’ programme following their UK tour; New Orleans style brass band ‘Bostin Brass’ and ‘Massaoke’; an incredible live band playing hairbrush anthems from across the decades, accompanied by giant video lyrics.  Gather your family and friends and get ready to laugh-out-loud and stretch those vocal cords.
