Following Government advice issued, if you can no longer plan to visit the National Memorial Arboretum on the date indicated on your pre-booked ticket, we ask you to complete the form below.

 

Refunds 

 

Now more than ever, we need your support. If you are able, please donate your car parking charge to us. Your contribution will be gratefully received.

 

If your booking was made on or before 31 October, our team can provide a refund, please select this option below.  

 

We regret we cannot move or change tickets for you to an alternative date and we cannot partially cancel bookings. 

 

If your booking was made after 4 November, we cannot provide a refund as detailed in your terms and conditions of booking. 

Our Privacy Promise


At the National Memorial Arboretum we take your privacy seriously and we will only use the information you have provided on this form as a record that you will no longer be visiting us and, if requested, to process a refund for your parking booking. We will use the contact details you have provided to telephone you about your enquiry. We will not share your data and promise to keep your personal information safe and secure.

We will hold your personal data for two weeks from the date you were due to visit the Arboretum, as indicated below. If you would like to amend or update your details at any time, please contact National Memorial Arboretum 01283 245100 or info@thenma.org.uk.
