Stallholder Application

If you would like to apply to be a stall holder at our Woodland Festival Food and Craft Fair, please complete the below form.

Submission of an application does not guarantee a place at the fair. Successful applicants will be contacted directly and provided with a link to make payment.


You will also be required to submit a risk assessment for your stall, public liability certification, food hygiene certification if applicable, and agree to the stallholder terms and conditions. 


The closing date for application submission is Friday 5 August 2022.

  

Event Details

 

Date: 10 - 11 September 2022

 

Location: Heroes' Square, (outdoors), at the National Memorial Arboretum, Croxall Road, Alrewas, Staffordshire, DE13 7AR

 

Estimated Attendance: 2,000 to 3,000 per day

 

Timings: Set up from 7.30am. Doors open 10am and close 5pm

Stallholders: We are looking to accommodate sellers who produce, make, grow, craft and create the products they sell, particularly those who are inspired by nature or incorporate natural elements into the products they produce.

 

Price: £176 (for both days)

 

Includes: Gazebo with light and power, 1x 6ft trestle table (unclothed) and 2x chairs. Discount in the Arboretum Restaurant and Coffee Shop.
