ARboretum Augmented Reality Experience

HRH The Duke of Edinburgh

The National Memorial Arboretum, part of the Royal British Legion, joins the Nation, the Commonwealth and the rest of the World in mourning the death of His Royal Highness Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh. HRH The Duke of Edinburgh was a Life Member of the Royal British Legion and he was gracious and generous in his support of the National Memorial Arboretum over many years.

Bring the Arboretum to life and learn about Remembrance, teamwork and reflection in a brand new and exciting way.

Join Blu, Kit and Sam on an augmented reality experience around the Arboretum.

Using our new app, visitors will be guided to eight locations around the Arboretum, where an augmented reality character will appear. Participants will be guided through fun family activities and learn about some of the people who have supported the country through the pandemic.

This activity is suitable for people aged 7+ when accompanied by an adult.

The free ARboretum app is accessible via the App Store or Google Play Store and can be found by searching ‘arboretum.’

We recommend that you download the app in advance of your visit, and would like to advise that the activity uses a lot of battery.
