Our Covid-19 Commitment

Covid-19 Commitment to Clients

Industry research suggests it may be a little too soon for everyone to be comfortable attending events at full capacity.

With this in mind, we’ve taken the decision to adopt a safe and sensible approach to our bookings in July and August. During these months we’ll continue to operate at a reduced capacity, ensuring that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

With the UK now in stage 4 of the Government’s Road Map out of lockdown, here’s how we plan to keep you safe and ensure that you enjoy your visit to our site:

Easy to Do Business With

When we opened Aspects, being ‘easy to do business with’ was our mantra and still is today.

We’ve worked hard to host your events at the Arboretum, to keep you; our clients and your guests happy and to exceed your expectations wherever we can. We believe in doing what is within our gift to do, because your event matters to us. Now, more than ever, we want to be easy to do business with.

An Uncertain World

We appreciate that the world wants to go back to holding events; from the birthday party you’ve missed to the concert you were going to go to. We want to give you some certainty back, in an uncertain world.

That’s why, when you book with us you have the protection of our Covid-19 Cancellation clause to give you confidence when booking your next event. If your event is materially affected by the UK Government restrictions to control the Covid-19 pandemic within the next 18 months, you will be entitled to a full refund* or postponement.

*minus payments to third party suppliers for example, if you have asked us to hire a marquee on your behalf.
